How can I pay for charter?

You can pay for your charter online by a credit card, through PayPal account or get invoice. You will receive a link for the payment along with the instruction letter after our manager will contact you to confirm the order.

In which currency can I pay?

In UAH, rubles, dollars, euros and pounds sterling. We mean any currency.

I have a question and I want to speak to the manager. How can I do it?

I sent a reservation request, when will I receive an answer?

We will contact you within 24 hours.

When can I get my boat for charter?

The time of the check-in and check-out is written in the on-board instruction and the contract. We will contact you after confirming the reservation and provide all the needed information.

Can the price of a charter change?

No, we fix the price for the whole season. But the price of additional services can change, therefore they are paid during the check-in.

What kind of boat driving license do I need?

To sail the boat you need international boat driving license (ICC, RadioLicense, CEVNI). If you don't have it, we'll find you with the best skipper, who will allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation while he does all the work. What additional costs may arise?

After confirming the order and prepayment, you will receive a detailed instruction, where all possible additional costs will be described. It can be crew and additional staff, cleaning, visas, fuel, taxes and additional charges at the port, mooring and parking fees, disposal costs and additional equipment rent. Charges for fuel and sea taxes are not included in the price.

Is there a tourist tax in Greece?

According to the latest info, the tax is planned to be imposed in 2018, so we can forget about it untill then

How much is the deposit and what is it for?

3500 euros. We need a deposit to ensure that the boat and its equipment will be safe. If you return the boat as it was in the beginning, we will refund your deposit in full.

When and how will I pay the deposit and when will I receive it back?

The deposit is paid during the check-in with cash/card and is refunded at the time of check-out the same way as it was paid.

How the cancellation of charter is made?

To cancel the booking and any changes regarding your tour, you need to contact our manager.
