With over 40,000 nautical miles under her belt — including 15,500 ocean miles — Captain Vasiliki is a seasoned sailor and passionate seafarer. She holds the RYA Yachtmaster Ocean certification, along with multiple maritime licenses (Greek Offshore, Motor Boat <24m) and essential safety credentials (STCW 95, GMDSS, First Aid/CPR).
An explorer at heart, she’s also a PADI-certified diver and trained in rescue operations with the German Red Cross. Fluent in English, Vasiliki has captained high-end charters across Greece — including yachts like New Horizons 3, Andare Avanti, and Medseatation.
A natural guide and skilled leader, she combines deep nautical expertise with warmth, professionalism, and a love for adventure.
With a flair for Mediterranean, Italian, sushi, and bistronomy, Chef Antony brings creativity and precision to every dish. A graduate of IEK Omiros Culinary Arts (2022–2024) and trained in butchery at the Averof Agricultural School, he pairs solid technique with a passion for refined flavors.
Antony’s background spans high-end hospitality — from fine dining in Le Grand Chalet, Arahova, to luxury charter cuisine. Certified in offshore sailing, motorboat handling, and first aid, he’s equally at home on the sea as he is in the kitchen.
